Beryl Marsden una voce britannica della beat generation che si è poi addentrata come "bianca" nel mondo della "soul music". A sentirla cantare i primi pezzi degli anni '60 si ha l'impressione di scambiarla a tratti con altre sue colleghe più conosciute almeno in Italia come Sandie Shaw, ma sentendo "I'll be there" si deve dire che ha maturato oggi uno stile più personale con una voce più facilmente identificabile. Molto bella a mio giudizio "Changes" che porta il nome di questa raccolta veramente interessante da ripassare.
